Donations

Golden Rule provides various employment opportunities for adults with disabilities.  One of the career paths we offer is retail.  Our retail stores are stocked with a combination of items made and/or upcycled by Golden Rule Working Partners along with items donated by the community.

When you donate items to Golden Rule, you are providing more than just merchandise for the stores.  You are helping to create jobs for adults with differing abilities.  Each item is hand-processed; clothing is checked for stains, holes, missing buttons, etc...; electronics are checked to make sure they are operational; items are cleaned, sorted, priced and put on the sales floors.  All of these steps ensure Golden Rule Working Partners have goals to work toward, resulting in a meaningful day at work.

Golden Rule strives to maintain clean, organized stores with current merchandise.  Because of this, we accept select donations only.
