  • Training Center Job Coach

    Muskogee
    Full Time 8:00a-4:00p

    Responsible for providing support and guidance to Working Partners in Brenda Clark Training Center (BCTC) by coaching Working Partners as they interact with peers and complete daily tasks.  Provides direction, support and training to Working Partners through entire shift.  Responsible for Working Partner tasks only when Working Partners are not available.

    This position works alongside the site supervisor and other job coaches.  Initiative and independent performance is expected.  This position does not supervise any other position, but oversees and coaches Working Partners

    Must be able to pass a background check.

    Must have valid driver’s license

    Must have a high school diploma or GED.

  • Retail Support Job Coach

    Muskogee
    Full Time 8:00a-4:00p

    Responsible for providing support and guidance to Working Partners in a retail setting by assisting Working Partners as they provide proper customer service, answer customer questions, complete assigned job tasks and keep the store appearance neat, clean and inviting.  Provides direction, support and training to Working Partners through entire shift.  Responsible for Working Partner tasks only when Working Partners are not available.
