Melinda Ledbetter
Melinda Ledbetter. Melinda has been with Golden Rule for 40 years and 9 months. It is hard to describe what Melinda means to us. She is kind, understanding, loyal, and dedicated. All the things I strive to be! Melinda has the knowledge of the ins and outs of the courthouse of at least 2 people and the work ethic as well. Golden Rule is very blessed to have Melinda on our team!!

Congratulations to our newest Job Coach of the Month!
Julie Marsh
Julie has been with Golden Rule for 2 years and 1 month. When customers went on our website to nominate Julie these are some of the things the comments they had about her. Always keeps the store looking its best and goes above and beyond to include the WP's in everyday tasks. *Very kind and sweet lady. *When I'm there she is always spending time being caring and teaching and helping the young adults grow and learn responsibility in their job. She's always trying to help everybody she can, workers and customers. I would like to thank her. Kim the Wagner store manager had this to say: Julie has been a great addition to our Wagoner team. She shows not only the Working Partners on how to be better people and workers but all those around her, and how to enjoy the work that they are doing. Our individuals are blessed to have her on their side. We all enjoy working with her! Julie is scheduled off today to spend time with family that is coming from out of town. She was given her certificate and gift card yesterday.

Congratulations to our newest Job Coach of the Month!
Ashley Harris
Almost 2 years ago, Ashley started off as our Lead at Sand Springs. When an opportunity came to Lead Broken Arrow our largest Tulsa contract with a large crew with various challenging behaviors, Ashley stepped out of her comfort zone, and agreed to lead.
Since January of 2023 when she took Lead, to now, Ashley, Broken Arrow and Tulsa, as a whole, has gone through so many transitions and challenges. With that being said, I have never heard her say she wanted to give up. Instead, she dug in.
Ashley has the ability to be flexible, try new ideas, and offers her opinions in a constructive way. She sets boundaries with our working partners, but, truly cares about them and wants them to succeed.
When presented with “critiques” she never takes them personally, but instead, says, yes, I can work on that, and does.
I’ve seen great growth in Ashley, especially in the last few months, and I am so proud to have her on my team.
Thank you Ashley for your dedication to Golden Rule, our working partners and continuing to work towards building Tulsa. I’m privileged to have you in my team!!!

James & Josh
Josh
Josh Hammons has been employed at Golden Rule Industries since 2013. His interest are spending time with his Grandmother, shopping, collecting, and other various activities. Josh has worked closely with me for some time now since transferring from retail at the Golden Rule store here in Muskogee. He has been a great addition along with the other men and women we work with on janitorial, maintenance, and warehousing jobs. Josh is hard working, dedicated, honest, dependable, shows true leadership qualities, and not to mention a great friend. It gives me great pleasure to help Golden Rule recognize him as a recipient of Working Partner of the Month.
James
James has been with Golden Rule 10 years this October. He has a vast knowledge of the floor and buffing machines, buffing is NOT an easy job. He also marks inventory with SDS numbers and puts them away. He may be pulled occasionally to help with bathrooms out back, and when asked to do extra, he never complains, and does it cheerfully.
James often compliments the job coaches, communicates effectively with them, and tries to find solutions to a problem.
James is a delight to work with, and I personally enjoy our talks about current events. He also puts up with my teasing, and gives it right back to me, which I fully appreciate.
Thank you James for your hard work and dedication to Golden Rule, and most importantly, for being the great person you are. You deserve this award in so many ways.

Tasha has been with Golden Rule for almost a year now and has already shown how dedicated to our mission she truly is. Tasha is dependable and willing to help. She strives to make each working partner feel comfortable and cared for while at work; while also pushing them to develop new skills. Tasha's impact on Working Partners has not only been recognized by our team, but by the parents and staff supporting our Working Partners as well. The work she is doing has had a positive impact on the professional and personal lives of the Working Partners at our Shawnee location.
